DAVENPORT – Jason Anthony Ruplinger Jr., convicted of Robbery 2nd Degree and other crimes in Scott County, failed to report back to the Davenport Work Release Center as required last night.
Ruplinger is a 20-year-old black male, height 5’10”, and weighs 173 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on October 17, 2018.
Persons with information on Ruplinger’s whereabouts should contact local police.
