DES MOINES – David Michael Evans, convicted of Prohibited acts — manufacture, delivery, possession — counterfeit substances, simulated controlled substances, imitation controlled substances (124.401(1)(b)(7)) and other crimes in Polk County, failed to report back to the Fort Des Moines Work Release Facility as required last night.
Evans is a 32-year-old white male, height 6’01”, and weighs 176 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on August 1, 2018.
