ALBERT LEA, MN – A person was found shot in a driveway in Albert Lea, and police are investigating.
Albert Lea Police responded to a call of a gunshot being heard in the area of Clark St W and Ermina Av S at 10:07pm on June 29th, 2018. On arrival, officers located an adult female lying in the roadway with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. She was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea by Gold Cross ambulance.
Persons of interest have been identified and witnesses are still being interviewed. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting is still ongoing. F
