Relax* not tell.

So all renters are import criminal types? Good people own home’s and bad ppl rent? I had no idea there were family only neighborhoods are they nicer than where you wish lowly renters live? I wish parts of your strange theory were true. It would be nice if people with kids would all l ive in the same area so the rest of us could tell once in a while. To me it does sound like you think everyone of color from large cities should be forced to rent in specific and run down area’s of town. What’s that about? I’m sure only 80% of them are the type of ppl you dislike.

Shit-Ka-Go had a large spike in murders, their way to fix that was to pay the bad guys to move to Mason City, now murders are on the way down there.

the slum lords of mason city don’t care what moves into your neighborhoods!!! as long as the money is coming in from their run down shacks they don’t care. you wont find any by their houses, they make sure of that. I have a cpl of rentals in our neighborhood and there has never been a “Good” renter in either in over 20 yrs., thing I don’t understand is they move in and after 6 months of not paying the rent they are finally kicked out. next day here comes a roll-off dumpster and it gets filled. then a carpenter comes and replaces a bunch of sheet rock and carpet installers put in new carpet and all the broken windows are fixed. then off to the next no-good renter and six months later it starts all over again. How can the slum lord make any money?? I had relation in town that owned over 75 rentals and all of them he bought were in very good parts of town and he got a lot for rent for them. Only the “Very Good” renter could afford them.
Did you know that under city ordinance the slum lord can be held accountable for their tenants. that’s right if you have problems call the owner and advise them, keep a log and if they don’t do something about it call the police. if you can video tape or take pictures and give those to the police. you can also make a taped recording of the call to the landlord, which is legal, he doesn’t have to know its being recorded.

They come in under HUD and HUD (Taxpayers) pay for the repairs.

Obama deserves a big thank you for the imports being here. As well as the North Iowa LIBS. North Iowa has been fundamentally changed. The citizens can decide if it’s for the better or worse.

Coming soon to a neighborhood near you.

This is what happens in good family neighborhoods when you allow rental property
