An investigation showed that allegedly, Perez had an open container of alcohol with him and was intoxicated. As a result, Perez was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated and open container of alcohol.
Perez was jailed and soon released, pending a court date set for April 3.
Perez, David Michael:
Nothing constructive to do, I think that I will get some alcohol and drive around town, at 4 in the morning. Not many people on the streets I can run into at that time, except for the police. I guess I’m a dumbass. Really.
