RURAL CERRO GORDO COUNTY – A local attorney was stopped and arrested for drunk driving this weekend after concerned citizens called police.
According to the Cerro Gordo county sheriff’s office, a suspected drunk driver was called in on Saturday night, October 14 around 8 PM. “A couple of witnesses called the suspected intoxicated driver in and followed the suspect vehicle until deputies arrived,” Sheriff Kevin Pals tells NIT.
As a result of the stop, which took place near Thrush Avenue and 305th Street in rural Cerro Gordo county, the driver, 57-year-old Kristy Gaye Arzberger of Plymouth was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Arzberger was taken to the county jail, booked, and released, pending a court date.
Public records show that the arresting deputy conducted two BAC tests at the Law Enforcement Center shortly after the arrest – but they do not say who the female subject was whom the tests were administered to.
I hope the disgusting thing gets the karma she deserves. She is a horrible monster that does whatever she can to destroy people’s lives for no reason but she that she is unhappy with her own. I didn’t do a thing to her and was not a person she had a case against but she continues to make attempts to hurt my life by sending anonymous letters to my employer and other places that she believes will do harm to me. Why? Because she is sick in her head. Nobody likes her. The people she calls friends talk horrible about her and her stupid drunk actions. They talk about her being too drunk to find her car but does anybody do the right thing and make sure she doesn’t drive and hurt innocent people? She has been pushing the limits of the law around this area to win her cases for years but nothing seems to be done about it. Maybe people are scared at what she threatens to do to their lives. People must know what she does to others and her nasty sneaky dirty way of living. She cheats on her husband with Bob out on North Carolina and it’s not a secret but threatens people if they dare talk about it. She’s been to treatement for lortab use/abuse and must have some dirt on people to get away with breaking the law in that way. She’s been picked up more than once drunk while driving. How does she continue to make money in this community? Why do people give her their hard earned money so she can continue to be a horrible criminal where we live? I hate that I have spent the time it takes to put this comment out there being so negative and angry. I can’t imagine how she thinks and lives. At least we can all be glad we are obviously happier then she is. There must be very disturbing thoughts in her head all the time. It’s sad that it took someone like her to help men get custody and get the rights they deserve. But she can’t have put out into the world near as much good as she has bad. Now that I have spoke I will continue to laugh at her every time I see her, because it drives her crazy. Stop being afraid of the monster and just point and laugh at her miserable existence.
She is a con artist. She was disbarred for false billing. Anyone who has ever had any dealings with her beware. Wouldn’t be surprised if she starts trying to scam people out of money in order to pay back her fines.

This is a shame, at one time she was a good attorney. She was one of the few that fought for mens rights. I know several men that got custody of their children
