Chicago man arrested in Charles City for driving offenses

CHARLES CITY – A Chicago man was arrested in Charles City recently for driving offenses.

On July 14, 2017 at about 5:19 AM, the Charles City police department conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Clark Street. As a result of the stop, 26-year-old Antoine Cooks of Chicago, Illinois was arrested for driving without a valid drivers license and no insurance. He later pled guilty and was ordered to pay $330.00 and $397.50, respectively, for those offenses. He was put on a payment plan by the court.

Earlier this year in Bremer county, Cooks was cited for no valid driver’s license and speeding at least 21 miles per hour over the posted limit. He was ordered to pay $365.00 and $252.50, respectively, for those offenses. The balance due is in collections and no payments have been made, records show.

Just like the Greek in Clear Lake that never pays for anything,

Corporate pawns posing as the peoples representatives -your local city governments/county supervisors some who are out right liars and thieves enriching themselves and the corporation they take kick backs from at the expense and misery of the county residents ? I know some -Do you.

They will never pay their fines because they just don’t care and turning it in for collections is a laugh. They have nothing to collect.

He be on the no payment plan – Charles City is screwed because of its elected Merkel socialist government run by people hoping to gain wealth at the misery to its generations of honest hard working residents Run them out of office and get some balls.

A Chicagoan in Charles City? Why I’ve never heard of that. Get these scum out already!
