I was in jail with this man. He was constantly making statements about the breasts and bodies of the people on television. He says he didn’t do it, but a man who is innocent would not sit and be patient while awaiting trial if he truly felt he was innocent. He made crude jokes and seems to always have sex on his mind, constantly talking about sexual experiences and how he was going to engage in sex when released, claiming, “It’s been 7 months!” I will not feel content with this man in the community knowing children and women alike will be vunerable to his uncontrollable urges. He must be institutionalized at the very least. He is not fit in any community.

It doesn’t appear that he can control himself. This is the third time in a span of 20 to 30 years. How many victims are there, that we will never know about. He needs to be locked away before he ruins more lives.
