What does banks have to do with us? He’s from worth county and just a former mayor of Manly. Keep him out of this.

Wow – read Iowa Code 28J – SCARY ! plus dishonest .

Thanks to Banks and the stupid city Manly council members they have already signed this petition to form a brown shirt shadow government – he is a corporate plant and a former security worker at the casino ( fired) – something to do with a female saladmaker. This is why worth county is No. 1 in debt per citizen in Iowa. They say were 6th but rumor has it the books are cooked. If you hear the phase PORT AUTHORITY — RUN -RUN -RUN. Look it up Iowa Code 28J – Written by large corporations and the Russians.

under the table talk. lowering taxe rate but with the recent appraisal your taxes are going up. looks good on paper

Beware cerro gordo county – worth county (bartz) and mitchell county (walk) along with the WDCA are signing up cities to participate in authorizing a port authority – all counties and cities signing this petition will fall in under Iowa Code 28J – A law written by corporations to have improvements and construction done at taxpayer expense. This group will also have the right of eminent domain to trespass on your property for any development – this law supersedes Iowa county TIF/borrowing/revenue bond limits and give them full power to raise the debt limit above current Iowa law. Join the port authority and watch your county ship sink in it’s own debt. Crazy stuff huh? Look it up – you have a computer.
