MASON CITY – This morning the Mason City Police Department took a missing person report on Angel Marie Herman who is 15 years old.
Angel was last seen on December 21st. She is a white female, 5’3”, 130 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Family members believe that she may have left the area with a male that she met on-line but it is uncharacteristic of Angel not to be in touch with her family on a daily basis.

Seriously! The mother is a crack/crank head. Collects state benefits but does not put a roof over the children’s head, does not provide food for them(never any food in the house), or clothe them. The children are to fend for them selves. The mother is wracked out most of the time that she has no idea where or what her children are up to. This girl is a victim. No education, drug use, or guidance. DHS IS NOT doing their job in this case. Hopefully the police reported this underage child neglect! All this girl needs is a stable home and guidance before it is too late.
Her mother lost custody of her 6+ children so she has not rights to Angel! Angel will be a repeat of her bio mom, drug user, trading sex for the next hit on the pipe!
