Also at this time, Frazier remains accused by Waterloo police of drunk driving, serious injury by vehicle, and third-offense possession of marijuana after an auto accident on June 19. The Waterloo Courier reported that an elderly woman was left with serious injuries in the accident. After the accident, Frazier was taken to the Black Hawk county jail, where he was held on $8,000 bond. He soon then posted bond and was released. In July, he waived his right to a speedy indictment and no new court dates have been set in the case.

Frazier has been accused of numerous domestic violence crimes, felony burglary and more. He was guilty in Black Hawk county of felony C second-degree burglary back in 2003 and after a number of probation violations was finally sent to a state prison.  The state is still collecting unpaid funds from him in connection to this case.
