MASON CITY – A Minnesota woman got a deferred judgement after illegally obtaining prescription drugs in Mason City.
Jenna M. Fuhrmann, age 27 of Glencoe, Minnesota, was accused of using illegal prescriptions to obtain Adderral from Mason City stores, as many as 22 times, beginning in April of 2015. She was charged by Mason City police in April of this year with three counts of prohibited acts involving a controlled substance.
On October 18, Judge Colleen Weiland handed down the deferred judgement on one count of prohibited acts involving a controlled substance and dismissed the other two counts. Fuhrmann must serve 5 years of probation, submit a DNA sample, and pay $305.00 in court fees and costs. A $1,000 fine was suspended.
