MASON CITY – A Mason City man was stopped for drunk driving early Sunday, his second such arrest in 3 years.
A Cerro Gordo deputy stopped a vehicle near 4th Street SE and Tennessee Avenue in Mason City on Sunday morning, September 4 at about 2:20 AM. The vehicle ws stopped for an equipment violation. After an investigation at the scene, the driver of the vehicle, 28-year-old Bradley William Bryan was arrested on a charge of second-offense operating while intoxicated.
Bryan was taken to the county jail and soon released, pending a court date.
Bryan was stopped by a Cerro Gordo deputy back in 2013 for drunk driving. He later pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay $1,994.50 in fines and court fees.
