MASON CITY – A Mason City man on probation for harassment was caught drunk driving Wednesday.
A Mason City police officer noticed Nick Alan Moser driving a car near Jefferson Avenue and 1st Street NW Tuesday evening, June 14 at about 9 PM. Moser has no valid driver’s license. An investigation led officers to arrest Moser for operating while under the influence.
Moser was taken to the Cerro Gordo county jail. Records show just one breath alcohol test was performed there on June 14 on a male subject. The test was administered at 10:05 PM and the results were 0.062 and 0.061. The legal limit is .08.
Moser was released from the jail, later. Court records are incomplete on the status of this case. Moser has been on probation since 2014 in connection to harassment.
