CLEAR LAKE – A man was taken to jail by Clear Lake police after a domestic incident.
Michael Lee Magnan, age 36 of Clear Lake, was arrested by police on April 13 after officers were called to investigate a domestic incident. Magnan was taken to the county jail on a charge of serious domestic assault. He was later released on his own recognizance. A hearing was scheduled for April 29.
