LAKE MILLS – A Lake Mills woman was reported missing, but has now been found.
Sharon Ring, age 25, was reported missing to the Lake Mills Police Department, in Lake Mills, Iowa on January 01, 2016.
Albert Lea Police Department reported later Wednesday that Ring was “LOCATED & SAFE in Albert Lea!”

I have it on good authority that she was found on Albert Lea Lake with a chainsaw trying to cut a hole in the ice to go for a swim. When found her pockets were jam packed full of bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits.

You know what she was missing for a week none of her family or friends had seen her until police had found her, for all we knew she could have been kidnapped if not worse!! Shame on you for saying that the term missing person is misleading she was really missing you should just delete your comment idiot.

I saw this on facebook yesterday and in the comments one of her friends said something to her and she responded and the date was a couple days ago.
I think using the “missing person” tactics is a bit lazy for law enforcement and misleading. It could jeopardize the real missing persons cases. I’ve seen 3 of these types of articles recently where it misleads the citizens to think there is a real missing person out there. Pretty sneaky!
