MASON CITY – Long-time city administrator Brent Trout has retired from military service, city hall announced today.
City Administrator Brent Trout who retired from the Iowa Army National Guard after 29 years of dedicated service, it was announced.
“Lt. Colonel Brent Trout should be commended for many his years of service that included deployments during war and conflicts overseas,” a city hall announcement said.
Mr. Trout remains city administrator here in Mason City.
