I am all for bringing rugby back to high school sports! Great incentive for a 2 year Scholarship.! This is exactly what young men want is to be outside building Comradarie That will be life long. Because it has never been about going out there to intentionally hurt someone., or if it is the intent, the players should know that kind of behavior will be met with consequences fitting the behavior.
