ROCK FALLS – Dozens of teens were cited along with the man throwing an underage party this weekend in Rock Falls.
On November 1, law enforcement officers with the Cerro Gordo county sheriff’s office, Mason City police, and the Iowa State Patrol conducted a search warrant for an underage party at a residence locate at 21488 Ulmus Avenue just west of Rock Falls, Iowa. The search warrant was conducted as a result of a traffic stop that was initiated a short distance away by a deputy.
The resident living in the house, 20-year-old Gabriel Craighton, was charged with hosting the underage party. Overall, 29 subjects were charged with consumer alcohol under the legal age. Two subjects – Joslyn Ann Davis, age 18, Mason City; and Alyssa Renee Callow, age 17, Mason City – were charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. To subjects were located who had valid arrest warrants and one subject was charged with failure to dim headlights.
Another subject – Aiden Christian Walker, age 17, Mason City – was charged for assaulting a peace officer.
