They were on the property before they got a warrant.
I think they should get sued.

So you approve of underage drinking?

This party was approx 30 under aged people drinking. And how many adults were at a party at the Surf drinking? And how many of those adults drove after drinking. Just saying.

I think the key differences in your statement are underage and adult. It is illegal to drink alcohol under the age of 21 so the 30 teens at the party were breaking the law. The adults at the surf were within the law as it is legal for them to drink alcohol. Now I would agree that plenty of the adults probably drove home above the legal limit and they should be arrested and prosecuted for breaking the law just as the underage drinkers should. With that being said the drunk driver, no matter what their age is, is a much bigger danger to him/her self and the general public than the underage drinker. I think we can agree on that.

So they uncovered a underage drinking party just by a simple traffic stop huh? Ha

Teenagers have been drinking since the discovery of alcohol. What they don’t realize is, that they have many years after 21, to get drunk and stupid, and it’s legal. The bust possibly saved someone’s life that night.

yes, government is always saving us from ourselves! At least that’s what government says and thinks

The government also says that at the age 18 a person can join the military. So basically, an 18 year old can fight for this country but can’t have a drink.

They should have invited some rich kids – the party would still be going on.

just a few key athletes would have probably worked

“To subjects were located who had valid arrest warrants and one subject was charged with failure to dim headlights. ”

Someday people might actually read what they write.

Since when did young people start drinking? What a major bust, doubt its about $$$$$$

The search warrant was CONDUCTED or OBTAINED ? Did they have one?

They obtain a search warrant and then execute it.
