HAMPTON, IOWA – A teen has been reported missing to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
Christian A. Carstens, age 17, was reported missing to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, in Hampton on September 10, 2015.
Christian weighs 225 lbs. and is 5’10” tall. He is white with blonde hair, blue eyes.
