RURAL CERRO GORDO COUNTY – A man who should not have been driving was stopped by a deputy, who discovered illegal drugs in his possession.
A Cerro Gordo deputy conducted a traffic stop early in the morning of July 7 at Dogwood Avenue and 310th Street, north of Clear Lake. The deputy discovered that the driver, 20-year-old Michael Dalluge of Nora Springs, was driving with a suspended license. The deputy also searched and found Dalluge to be in possession of illegal drugs marijuana and methamphetamine.
Dalluge was arrested on a number of charges, including two counts of illegal drug possession; interference with official acts; driving with a suspended license; no insurance; and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the county jail on bond until his court date on August 14.
