MASON CITY – A woman who skipped court earlier this month was found by police and taken to jail.
Rose Marie Levingston, age 29, was due in court on April 29 to answer for a March arrest for driving while under suspension. However, she failed to appear and an arrest warrant was issued by a judge. Mason City police caught up to Levingston at her home at 110 15th Street NW and took her to jail late Sunday night. She posted bond Monday afternoon and awaits a court appearance on April 29.
