MASON CITY – A Lake Mills woman caught by police last summer with marijuana is serving jail sentence in Mason City.
Candace Maria Rossiter, age 48, was charged by Lake Mills police in August of 2014 with a controlled substance violation. In March of this year, Rossiter pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first offense possession of Marijuana. She was sentenced to two days in jail, ordered to pay $796.88 in fines and court fees and had her driver’s license revoked for 180 days. Rossiter is serving her sentence in the Cerro Gordo county jail at this time.
