Iowa man caught with meth and weed

CLEAR LAKE – An Iowa man was caught with illegal drugs by the Iowa State Patrol during a recent traffic stop.

Cleo Ray Barrett, age 59, was stopped by the Iowa State Patrol when the trooper noticed he was not wearing a seat belt on March 30 around noon near Highway 122 and Interstate 35 in Clear Lake. Buzz, this can now be entered into the stupid criminal showcase.
