CHARLES CITY – An Ohio man was jailed in Charles City for public intoxication.
John Blake Davis, age 41, was arrested by Charles City police at 4:40 PM on March 14, 2015 after police were called to the 1300 block if Gilbert Street to deal with a disturbance. After an investigation, Davis was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released form jail on March 15.
Davis, of Defiance, Ohio, pleaded guilty on March 16 to the charge of public intoxication. He was ordered to pay $195.00 in fines and court fees.
