CHARLES CITY – Police picked up a wanted Charles City man who was then sent to Butler county to face harassment charges.
After 11 PM on March 10, Charles City police served an arrest warrant in the 400 block of South Main Street on 44-year-old Donald Fairholm. Fairholm was wanted since February 23 in Butler county on a charge of second degree harassment. He was taken to the Floyd county jail and then handed over to Butler county law enforcement.
Fairholm is still be ing held in the Butler county jail Wednesday night as he awaits a hearing on March 18.
