MASON CITY – Caught twice stealing, a Mason city man has been sent to jail and given suspended fines and prison sentences.
Troy James Orourke, age 42, was sentenced to two days in jail and ordered to pay $305.00 in court costs and fees and fines after two separate arrests by the Mason City police department last year for stealing from retail stores.
Orourke was given suspended 2 year prison sentences and suspended fines, as well as probation for two years.
O’Rourke is a convicted felon, pleading guilty in 2002 to felony D third degree burglary.
