MASON CITY – A Mason City woman who recently pled guilty to domestic assault has been found guilty of violating her probation and sent to jail.
Cassandra Marie Hall, age 22, was found guilty on December 5 of violating her probation in connection to a case where she was charged with felony domestic assault involving strangulation. She had pleaded guilty in September to a lesser charge of domestic assault causing injury. On November 5, the Department of Corrections issued a probation violation report on Hall.
At her December 5 court date, judge Annette Boehlje found Hall guilty of violating her probation and sentenced her to 17 days in jail.
