WATERLOO – Police in Waterloo responded to a stabbing incident Tuesday that resulted in a man losing his life.
On November 25, 2014 at approximately 5:41 PM, the Waterloo Police Department responded to a report of a stabbing at 1826 W. 3rd Street. Officers arrived at this location and found that a male had been stabbed. The male was transported to an area hospital by Waterloo Fire and Rescue.
A short time later it was learned that the male – 38-year-old Shawonyta Marquis Norman – had died due to his injuries.
This incident remains under investigation, and no further information was released.
