MASON CITY – A Mason City man is finishing a 7 day jail sentence after a guilty plea to criminal mischief.
Zackery Alan Henderson, age 25, plead guilty last month to fourth degree criminal mischief and was given a 7 day jail sentence and ordered to pay $807.75 in fines and court fees. He was given a deferred judgement on a charge of domestic abuse assault causing injury. A charge of trespassing was dismissed. The charges were a result of an investigation by Mason City police after a domestic incident in July.
Henderson will be released from jail on November 26.
