MASON CITY – A Mason City woman wanted on theft charges was arrested at her home this weekend.
Shannon Lynn Bohnsack-Foster, age 42, was arrested by Cerro Gordo deputies on November 14 at her home on North Pierce Avenue. Bohnsack-Foster was wanted on a warrant out of Polk county that was issued about a month ago when she failed to appear for pre-trial conference. She is accused of two charges of third degree theft and one charge of fourth degree theft. Private investigator has been hired at state’s expense in this case.
Bohnsack-Foster is being held on $10,000 cash-only bond until she can appear in a Polk county courtroom.
