Mason City meth dealer pleads guilty, sent to rehab

MASON CITY – A Mason City meth dealer entered a guilty plea to a felony drug charge and was sent to a halfway house and drug rehab.

Christopher Lee Black, age 40 of Mason City, was charged with delivery of methamphetamine after the North Central Iowa Narcotics Task Force and the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office served him with a warrant on June 5 of this year. On October 6, black accepted a plea deal and pled guilty to the felony charge of a controlled substance violation. He was sentenced to a 10 year suspended prison sentence, a suspended $1,000 fine, 5 years of probation, and was sent to Bridges of Iowa for drug rehab.
