MASON CITY – An east coast man was arrested by police Monday on railroad property.
Railroad employees called police at around 11:15 AM Monday after spotting a man hanging around the rail cars near 19th Street SW and South Pierce Avenue. There was concern that he was looking to board a rail car for transportation.
Police arrived and located the subject, 54-year-old Michael Sutton of New Jersey. He was arrested for criminal trespassing and later pled guilty. He served about a day in jail before he was released.
That was a no brainer operation – bet you 20 to 1 he caught the outbound the next day. You turds really screwed up this mans life – he had a very important meeting with plowoshe/bidon/obammer and he was a day late. FOR SHAME !
Give him a bath and send him back to Jersey.
He was just trying to get out of the mayors town.
Should of let him get on the east bound, just to get him out of here. If he hangs around, I’ll bet we read about him again…
