MASON CITY – Law enforcement conducted a search warrant at a Central Heights house Thursday and took three men to jail.
Mason City police were assisted by Cerro Gordo deputies in a search of 2904 18th Street SW on the afternoon of Thursday, October 30. The house is owned by Trisha Marie Fox.
During the course of conducting the search, three men who live at the residence were detained and arrested for various crimes.
Jamie Lee Luttrell, age 55, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was jailed and later posted $300.00 bond. He awaits a November 13 court date.
Adam Michael Ramon, age 32, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Javier Anthony Castorena, age 33, was arrested and charged with driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was jailed and later posted $2,000.00 bond. He awaits a November 12 court date.
So, 3 charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and 1 charge of driving while barred.
Crime is truly out of control in North Iowa and we can all thank the media for keeping on top of these daily tales of criminal activity.
Oh, btw–how did the guy get charged with the license violation? Also, it could be the cops asked him how he got there, and he said he drove.
@rahmbo-possibly they saw him driving down the street and knew who he was. He had priors and they know who they are.
Police don’t always give out the information we want on some of these arrests. Only the police and the accused know what happened as far as these details go.

Maybe he had a warrant for that offense or he was dumb enough to drive up with the coppers there? Ain’t a clamming any of em got smarts
