MASON CITY – A Mason City man was arrested for felony domestic assault this week after a fight with his girlfriend.
Police were called to an apartment at 525 South President after a report of a struggle to deal with a report of a male and a female involved in a physical altercation. Jesse James Stull, age 22, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and felony domestic assault after he struck his girlfriend and impeded her ability to breath. Stull’s girlfriend was briefly hospitalized.
Stull posted bond and was released from jail, pending a November 7, 2014 hearing.
