CERRO GORDO COUNTY – A Chicago-area man was stopped and arrested fro drunk driving on a North Iowa interstate early Sunday.
A Cerro Gordo deputy stopped a vehicle driven by 53-year-old Kurt T. Bryce of Tinley Park, Illinois. The deputy determined Bryce was under the influence of alcohol and placed him under arrest. A test by the arresting officer conducted back at the Cerro Gordo County Sherrif’s Office showed .081, twice.
Bryce awaits an October 24 court date.
