MASON CITY – A warrant was issued for a Mason City woman’s arrest Wednesday, and police quickly went to her home and took her to jail.
Casondra Kay Carolina Wilmarth, age 21, was wanted on warrants related to failure to pay child support and a probation violation related to a guilty plea in 2013 to third degree theft. She had been placed on a $50 per month payment plan last year, but still owes the entire $446.25 she had been assessed in the case. Police went to her home at the 1400 block of North Monroe after 10 PM Wednesday and placed her under arrest.
Wilmarth is being held on $2,150 cash-only bond at this time.
