ATLANTIC, IA – An Iowa couple who apparently threw a party that involved illegal drugs with children in the house was arrested under numerous charges.
On May 20, 2014, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Keith Allen Jespersen, 56, and Vickie Sue Jespersen, 53, of Atlantic, IA, on charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver (Hashish), Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, Child Endangerment, and Sponsoring a Gathering Where Illegal Drugs are Used. Keith Jespersen was also charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and two additional charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver and Sponsoring a Gathering.
Both were taken to the Cass County Jail where they were released the following day on $5000 bond each.
