CLEAR LAKE – A Mason City man was stopped Thursday morning on the east side of Clear Lake for drunk driving.
Ralph Stuart Marshall, Jr. was stopped by a Cerro Gordo deputy at 7:27 AM Thursday morning at Jonquil Avenue and 255th Street, near the Mason City airport. He was arrested and taken to jail. He was soon released, pending a court date.
