MASON CITY – Law enforcement located an underage drinking party late Sunday night and issued citations to a number of persons.
Cerro Gordo deputies converged on 13675 Spruce Avenue in rural Mason City at about 8:38 PM after a report on a possible underage drinking party at that location.
After an investigation was conducted by responding deputies and Iowa State Patrol the following were charged with minor consumption:
Joshua Allen North, age 20 of Mason City
James Richard Grant, age 18 of Rockwell
Weston Roy Wyborny, age 18 of Mason City
Danya Lynn Henely, age 18 of Rockford
Izak James Robert Pedersen, age 18 of Nora Springs
Brianna Marie Foss, age 18 of Manly
Jacklynn Blaze Rush, age 18 of Manly
Jordann Lynn Rush, age 18 of Manly
Dakota James Roderick-roll, age 18 of Plymouth
Julie Ann Chodur, age 18 of Mason City
Connor Michael Smith, age 18 of Manly
Kaitlyn Raye Hrubitz, age 18 of Manly
Samantha Gayle Jackson, age 18 of Plymouth
Veronica Rae Ann Yezek, age 18 of Manly
