DES MOINES – Gov. Terry E. Branstad today announced he will sign House File 2464, the Knoxville Raceway bill, on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at the Knoxville Raceway.
House File 2464 is an Act providing for the rebate of state sales and use tax to the owner or operator of a raceway facility, and providing penalties.
