CHARLES CITY – A wanted Charles City woman was arrested Saturday evening by police.
Annette Sue Holtz, age 43, was arrested on a Floyd county arrest warrant Saturday at 6:08 PM by Charles City police at North Main and Blunt Street.
Holtz was convicted in 2013 of selling alcohol to an underage person in Charles City. She was assessed $808.00 in fines and fees, which she has failed to make any payments towards.
Holtz posted bond and was released from jail, pending a court date.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
