CHARLES CITY – A man was arrested in Charles City after he crashed his bike into a parked car.
Police reported that on April 26, officers were called to the 100 block of South Main Street to investigate a report of a man riding his bike into a parked car. After an investigation, Anthony Cornelius Williams, age 46 of Charles City, was arrested for second offense public intoxication.
Williams was released fem jail the next day on his own recognizance.
