Wanted Mason City man caught by police

MASON CITY – A man wanted for failing to show up in court on numerous outstanding charges was caught by police Tuesday.

Michael Patrick Reich was arrested by police Tuesday around noon at the 500 block of 4th Street NE. Reich was wanted on numerous warrants, including charges of reckless driving, no insurance, and more. Reich was also charged with two counts of interference with official acts during the course of the arrest.

Reich is being held in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on $12,500 cash only bond on a several of the warrants, as well as no bond on a parole revocation charge.
