Mason City man to spend 6 months in Beje Clark

MASON CITY – A Mason City man has been found guilty of violating his probation related to a number of cases where he received suspended prison sentences and will spend 6 months at the Beje Clark halfway house.

On April 18, Judge Karen Salic found Anthony John Klimke, age 19, guilty go violating probation related to felony forgery, third degree theft and fourth degree theft.  Klimke had initially pled guilty to the charges in exchange for suspended prison sentences.  Salic ordered Klimke to spend 6 months at Beje Clark and placed him on more probation.  He is now in the Cerro Gordo County Jail awaiting bed space at Beje Clark.
