Convicted drug dealer: “I can’t put a blunt in my mouth I’m on probation”

MASON CITY – Just a day after appearing in court for violating the probation he was placed on – for a second time – after pleading guilty to three felony drug charges, a convicted drug dealer was back on the streets, denying he smokes marijuana.

Timothy Lee Rucker was released from the Cerro Gordo County Jail on Monday.  He had been picked up by Mason City police in the Cultural Crescent on a warrant for violating his probation for a second time.  Rucker – who claims to live in Clear Lake and work at Winnebago Industries – posted $2,500 bond and was released as he awaits a new court date of June 13, 2014.

Just a day after his release from jail, Rucker said via social media that “i cant put a blunt in my mouth im on probation (sic)”.

Rucker has already been convicted of violating his probation once before, in 2013, and was sent to Beje Clark for 6 months.

Rucker pled guilty in July of 2012 to three drug charges brought against him by the North Iowa Drug Task Force following an investigation into his drug dealing activities. Rucker pled guilty to two class C felony counts of delivery of methamphetamine with 1,000 feet of a school, and one class C felony count of possession with intent to deliver MDMA (Ecstasy). Six other serious drug charges were dropped in exchange for his guilty plea.

Rucker was ultimately sentenced and placed on 999 days of probation and assessed a $1,000 fine and court costs that totaled $7,346.56. However, Rucker never made a single payment on that debt, records show.

…am I missing something here…almost all of these “blogettes” have nothing to do with the story about the drug arrest??? Pay attention people…!

Damn it Philly, nobody is jumping on the band wagon with you on this dumb hippy housing project, it is going nowhere.

Yeah, you’re right. Just keep watching tired SNL episodes and keep dreaming of the better life.

A better life = Simple things……….?

“Those Jewish people are just so darn talented. It’s worth ignoring community structure just to keep watching and waiting for what they put out. The Bible says they are the Chosen people…and they did have an awful hard time during the 1940’s…so I guess they can control my mind for the rest of my life. I sure do like to laugh, and they are really good at making me laugh.”

See? This is why we need military vehicles.

What does marijuana have to do with “drugs”? It is a herb used for spiritual purposes mon. A way to get closer to God. It is an exercise of looking inward into oneself to become one with God and nature.

Because it is illegal to use, possess and grow. But you, Peter and others seem to approve of that kind of behavior.

@Anonymous-Rastamon is Iowa SUCKS and was a born drugger and a IDIOT. Just ignore him.

LVS….you may be right, but I kind of figured it was that whiz-bang from the Lake. The rubber hut project must have failed and that’s why he hasn’t been on here running his flaps about it anymore.

Peter must be running out of $10 bills to keep changing his name and having his old posts deleted. I thought of him briefly whilst driving through Faulkner the other day and thinking, “WOW, this would be a great place for a guitar repair shop!!”

Polio Loco…. The guitar business folded like a house of cards that it was. No orders X no sales = no business. The next epic failure will be his condom houses. I’m guessing that bubble will burst as soon as some county zoning administrator sees the tires as a nuisance that needs to be abated vs. a home for a Bioneer Sloarian.

You people are dense as a packed tire, only less useful. Duh…location, location, location. Obviously if my guitar business was located in some man’s warehouse and he’s commanding rent and calling the shots, it doesn’t qualify as freedom, and therefore I need to move the business. Do you expect all these things to happen overnight? Shall I build guitars from out of my car? Patience. It’s all happening, step by step. All will be fulfilled….and MORE.

@Buzz-Just burying a few tires is not going to get it. He might as well pitch a tent. There are permits for electrical, septic tanks, water wells and so on that are required to build anything. I don’t think he has thought this through. It is nice to have dreams but we live in a society where you must be practicle as well. He thinks he can do like the survivalist in Washington who live in the mountains but it will not work that way here. At least it keeps him busy.

All accounted for. You’re too pessimistic, and this is why North Iowa never seems to get anywhere. They sell composting toilets at Fleet Farm and Menard’s. There are many acceptable configurations for septic, or electrical. You think like a slave. This is America boy, innovations abound. You think I’m going to let a bunch of redneck small town mafioso who control city or county this or that stop me? Nah, they’ll find themselves in court, and I’ll sue their asses.

The only time an electrical inspector is needed is from Alliant to your box. But I’m not going thru Alliant so they have no business knowing anything about my solar and wind sources. Interesting that LVS are three letters found in SLAVE. You’re only missing 2…the A, and E. Are you a SLAVE? cuz you certainly act and speak as an Uncle Tom Slave. I’m only interested in pioneers, or BIONEERS who are brave and are ready to take humanity into the future.

Peter, you’ve not thought any of this through, it will bite you on the butt and you and your band of misfit “brave bioneers” will once again be a laughing stock.

@Philly-you know I didn’t call you names and was just stating my opinion like you do all the time. If you want to waste your time go right ahead but I know you can’t even build a fence or put on a roof without a permit. They will let you get almost done with what you think you need and then they will come in and shut you down. If you don’t conform to our laws you will pay a penalty. With as many people that are down on you I am sure someone will turn you in. I personally don’t care…

What are the square footage on these Earthship homes?

Permitting is quite a bit less out in the countryside but there are always county ordinances for which one should be aware. I think Pete was going to be discussing that at one of his sessions, so perhaps he’s on top of everything in that regard.

You guys really think I haven’t accounted for all these particulars? Yes a permit is required if it’s over 14 square foot, but there is no fee if the total cost of the building project is less than $7500. There are no building codes where I’m at (Yay!) but septic requirements from the state apply (they are more accommodating than you may realize). I won’t be using electrical (off the grid) I’ve got it all squared away with the DNR. Relax. It’s going to happen. The future is here.

And yes, I will gladly accept Doug’s generation donation of equipment and land. He wants to rival Snyder Construction and do it in a progressive way. Backhoe, pickup truck, land, labor are required. Square footage depends on the size you want to build. If you have south facing slope even better. Build one spec home and the rest is history. People will fall in love with them…especially the performance of them (can’t beat em). So hurry up and lose the election, and we’ll begin.

I didn’t see anyone offering to help.

I asked about the square footage because I know there’s a county ordinance in Cerro Gordo county requiring at least 750 square feet for a single story home and 650 square feet on the ground floor for a multiple story home.

Philosophus…. I’m going to have to start charging you for using my words, i.e. Bioneer and Sloarian. If you want to use the term condom house, there won’t be a charge for that though. Mon.

Nope, you donated them fair and square.

@LVS….I guess it should be no surprise he’s always burying something some where. If it isn’t tires in the ground, it’s his head up his ass.

I like Rastamon’s thinking. I don’t believe using Cannabis is for everyone…but I do believe it should be removed from the Government’s “hit list”, and left alone as a botanical in the natural pharmacy of life.
