I do not live in manly. However, I just realized while doing my taxes that I paid MORE for my water/sewer/garbage, this past year than gas to heat my 5 bedroom house for the year. More than the electricity bill for the year. Just a hair under my auto insurance for the year. All this even tho I live alone, am gone half the week, which means I use the minimum for water/sewer/garbage. SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE.

@50 Miles-they keep raising them and raising them every year. Of course they call it a fee instead of a tax so people don’t catch on. A lot of it goes to wages and benefits and this year the culprit is insurance cost going through the roof thanks to Obamacare.
