WATERLOO – Police is Waterloo had their hands full with a mall assault that later led to a shooting and fight in a hospital emergency room.
On Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at approximately 7:11 PM, Waterloo Police and Waterloo Fire Rescue were dispatched to Crossroads Mall, 2060 Crossroads Boulevard on report of an assault victim. Officers found the victim, Keith Devon Hayes, age 20, of 943 Conger, Waterloo, IA, unconscious on the floor near the carousel in the middle of the mall. The victim was taken to Allen Hospital for treatment of his injuries. According to witnesses, Hayes was assaulted by several black males who hit him and kicked him in the head.
Later that evening at approximately 9:04 PM, Waterloo Police were dispatched to 428 Cherry Street on report of shots fired. A short time later, police received a call that the victim was at Allen Hospital. As officers responded to Allen Hospital, they received a call of a possible fight in the Allen Hospital Emergency room. When officers arrived, they found that there had been an argument between friends of Hayes and friends of the shooting victim, but that Allen Security had the situation under control.
The shooting victim was identified as Tondrell NMN Gary, age 18, of 914 Mobile Street, Waterloo. He was shot in the left shoulder blade while sitting in a vehicle on Florence Street. The shots were fired from inside another passing vehicle. No description on the vehicle or suspects.
These incidents appear to be connected and remain under investigation.

This is still more carry over residual effects from America’s practice of slavery. This karma will last a VERY LONG TIME, and is reason I think ultimately a NEW NATION should be born that doesn’t have the scar of slavery on it. NO, that sounds like your Aryan Nation Fantasy. I’m saying because America the government institutionalized slavery, she defaulted. That sin was a fatal error karmically. The results are apparent today with high numbers of African American Males disenfranchised and imprisoned. When a new nation arises, ALL people can join equally, and it will not have the stain of those past errors upon it. You apparently believe in continued repression and denial, whereas I do not.
Nationalism and Patriotism are interesting phenomena to me…almost Mafioso like in their binding of humans through blood and imprisonment. And like the Mafia many are willing to kill to keep people from leaving. Should a country be this controlling? I believe humans should be able to select their country based on what fits their ideals…not their location.

I don’t fly, not unless I’m the pilot and know the mechanic real well, and can read through the maintenance schedule of the aircraft. There’s no need to “renounce” one’s citizenship. You’re always looking for a way to put a bullet in someone’s head. The New Nation will spring up from within America and will be born of her own freewill. Dual Citizenship will result for a period of time until America eventually absorbs into the new creation. Laws will be just and evenly enforced.

I guess I was a coward when I boarded the plane to Amsterdam a few days after Bush won the second term election like I said I would. I’ve been to remote places backpacking you’d be crying for your easy chair and television were you ever to be found. In foreign countries alone. In deep parts of forests. Hitchhiking across America, and in other nations. If you ever did go somewhere it wasn’t too far from the tour bus I’m sure.
