HAMPTON – A Swaledale woman had a nasty experience with a semi-truck Friday on Interstate 35.
According to a report, 52-year-old Kimberlee Kephart of Swaledale was southbound on Interstate 35 near the 169 mile marker with her 2001 Chevy tracker set at cruise control at 60 miles per hour when a semi-truck passed her. She claimed to then lose traction and the vehicle began to spin, entered the median and rolled, coming to rest on its wheels.
Kephart was injured and taken to Franklin General Hospital in Hampton with undisclosed injuries.
